Liz killed it!
She was very communicative especially with the fact of the sink hole in front of the complex we were staying at! She really kept us updated the entire time!
She was an amazing host recommend staying here if at all possible!

We had Wonderful time staying at this property. We have 2 young Kids and the surrounding area is perfect for early nights, while also being very active bright and early. Which helped with the kids. They also had all sorts of kid friendly things like games and puzzles which helped fill the down time.
Definitely recommend this location for a young Family.

Overall we loved staying at Liz’ place. Easy walk to the beach (Liz had all the necessities prepared from beach towel to chairs to a wagon), clean / cool apartment, easy drive to lots of awesome restaurants on Kihei.

This was an absolutely wonderful place to stay. Liz and Janet were amazing hosts. They replied quickly when we had a question and were very clear with check in instructions. The location is unbeatable - just steps from the beach and the house is equipped with everything you need. It was perfect with our family with young kids. We will definitely stay again when we return to California.

We loved this beach house! It was very spacious, clean, and so close to the beach! Walkable to restaurants also. It had everything we could need for our little kids especially all the beach gear. I thought it was a great value for the price and would definitely recommend it!

My family (2 adults, 1 toddler, 1 baby) and my dad stayed here for a few nights, it was comfortable, especially the beds. A quiet area and lots of good food and the beach right down the street. The place felt like a home away from home and although we didn’t cook much it had all the things we would need. It was great to have all the things for the beach right in the garage. It’s a great place for families!

We booked Liz’s place last minute after a flight cancellation and it worked out very well. Very nice setup inside for a family and the location near the beach, shops, and restaurants is hard to beat

During my birthday vacation planning, I was torn between choosing a hotel or Airbnb, ultimately deciding to try Airbnb for the first time. The moment I saw the townhouse's images, I was captivated by its charming Cape Cod style, which differed from my initial California vision. After scrolling through every photo, my excitement intensified, and I completely fell in love with the property. When Liz contacted me post-reservation, providing a detailed list of charges, I found it endearing, considering many activities would occur outside the residence. Overall, I had a fantastic time.

Great place!
Things I liked: Comfy bed, well stocked in every regard (good amount of dishes, nice Brita water pitcher, beach chairs, beach cooler, (even had ice packs for the beach cooler in the freezer), very clean, lovely grounds (sitting on the patio was great, no water view, but nice tropical flowers and palm trees), it’s right next to the pool (but it was never noisy….didn’t hear a peep), AC mini split in both the living room and the bedroom worked great, communication with manager was great, easy entry with electronic lock.
Only thing to know is it’s about 5 min walk to beach, that is clear in the description.
I would absolutely stay here again. Good value!
