First Floor: The first floor of our home boasts a garage that comfortably accommodates a mid-size SUV and a mid-size economy car. Along with parking, the garage also features a washer and dryer for your convenience. The main highlight of the floor is the cozy queen-sized bedroom, equipped with a ROKU TV and an ensuite bathroom. The room can be secluded from the main entryway with a sleek pocket door. There is also a door within the bedroom that allows direct access to the lovely brick patio. A wet bar in the room provides convenient access for all culinary needs, especially when grilling and preparing food on the patio. Second Floor: Our second floor living space boasts an ocean view living room, featuring a cozy sectional couch and a warm fireplace. The 72" dining table is the perfect place to gather with friends and family, seating up to 8 guests. Entertainment is taken care of with the 40" ROKU TV. The kitchen has been updated with stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked, making meal prep a breeze. The sleeping arrangements include a comfortable king-size bed and a trundle bed with two twin beds. The bathroom is a highlight, with a walk-in shower and double vanities for added convenience. We were very happy with the location, which was a few steps from the beach. Plenty of restaurants were within walking distance as well as a grocery store. The rental was comfortable and we felt right at home. It was a great fit for our family. We highly recommend this property and we would readily return.

We stayed at the home for the 4 th of July week and it did not disappoint. The house is awesome and has everything you need. The beach is steps away and great food choices close by. The BBQ was perfect on the patio to relax and eat a meal. We will be back!!

This was our second stay at this property, and it was just as wonderful as we remembered. The location is ideal—just a short walk to both the beach and the bay, with plenty of great restaurants nearby, all while being tucked away on a quiet street. The home is thoughtfully stocked with everything you might need, including nice towels, linens, kitchen essentials, and bath and laundry products. The owners are a pleasure to work with—responsive and accommodating. We had a fantastic stay and would happily return again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! It's right near the action of mission beach but was quiet and calm. Beautiful house and they have everything you need for the beach. Would love to do a staycation here again!

We loved our stay, and couldn't have picked a better house for our reunion weekend. With a well-stocked kitchen and great living spaces throughout the house, our group of 5 was very comfortable. The beach chairs and bikes in the garage were a treat, and made accessing the local amenities easy. We also loved all the windows, which were great for letting in the sea breeze. We would definitely stay again!

It was the perfect place for our stay. The house is super close to the beach and our kiddo enjoyed the beach toys provided. The house has bathrooms on each of the three floors, which is a huge plus! Great location - just one block from the beach and boardwalk. The home had everything you from a fully stocked kitchen to kids games and books. We enjoyed our stay. The hosts communicated well and the instructions were clear. We would recommend this place and come back and stay again!

We enjoyed a relaxing family spring break vacation with our daughters and their families from Minnesota. It was the first time our grandson had been to the beach, and he thoroughly enjoyed it. We were able to prepare and enjoy family meals together. Plus played several games provided by the hosts. Great memories made!

I brought my family to San Diego for a work trip. The location is phenomenal (literally a stone's throw from the ocean) and the house is beautiful. The hosts were great and responsive. We'll definitely keep this on the short list if we ever return to San Diego!
